Director of Sales and Business Development
to lead a high-performing Business Development team and drive forward an ambitious global sales strategy. This is not a role for the average candidate – we’re looking for a strategic thinker, an inspiring leader, and a commercially sharp sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, forward-thinking environments. The Opportunity You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the global sales strategy, leading with a consultative and insight-led approach. Working closely with stakeholders and clients, you'll bring fresh thinking to an already successful sales function, driving growth through new business development and expansion of existing accounts. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a high-performing business development team
Build and execute strategic sales plans with a global outlook
Coach and mentor the team to elevate consultative sales performance
Establish scalable sales processes and infrastructure
Engage with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients across multiple markets
Salary
£150-170k Based
