Founded in 2009, PURE Life Experiences is a renowned global community of high-end experiential travel leaders who gather in Marrakech for a week of ideas, inspiration and innovation. We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven team member to work with a small team (reporting to the Buyer Programme Manager) curating the PURE buyer programme, maintaining our reputation for bringing together the best of the experiential travel industry. The right candidate will be an excellent team player with enthusiasm to learn and get involved with all aspects of the sales cycle (including administration and account management). There will be an opportunity to travel, including to Marrakech to see the event outcomes firsthand. What you will do
Fill and sell places on the PURE programme to top travel buyers by identifying innovative, high-end travel designers globally. Plan and implement sales calls (and potential trips) in your designated region. Organise and manage administrative tasks throughout the application, payment and appointment process. Maintain and develop customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and industry events. Work with the Buyer Programme Manager to create a yearly sales strategy for your geographical region. Help increase programme revenue through sales delegate badges and other opportunities. Generate new leads through research and using our database. Network, research and stay informed about travel trends. Manage the sales database to ensure all clients are paid and contracted. Work on-site in Marrakech during the show and adapt to live event dynamics. What you will need
Some demonstrable success in sales and account management, preferably in luxury travel, luxury hotel experience or events (advantageous but not mandatory). Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) is essential. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Ability to filter information and set priorities effectively. Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines. Flexibility to deliver sales, account management and administrative tasks. Excellent spoken and written communication skills and ability to professionally represent the company. Position details
Position Type:
Permanent, with a 4-day working week. Hybrid model: 3 days in the office (Shepherd's Bush), 1 day from home, and Fridays off as standard. Benefits:
