About
The Business Analyst will work with European-based law firm clients, in the first instance.Document market requirements and dynamics effectively and accurately, showing the difference between Country/regional Level Law FirmsAssist the Product team in sizing market opportunity to inform future investment plansAssist the Product team with implementation workshops, including requirements gathering; workshop setup; analysis and problem resolution Ability to communicate and collaborate with customers and internal teams to analyse information needs and functional requirementsEffectiveness at documenting business process requirements using various methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis Ability to assist with information analysis gathered from multiple sources, turn information into general understanding, and learn to distinguish between users wants and true needsAbility to coordinate with technical resources and subject matter experts to establish the end goal which may include trade-offs between usability and performanceExcellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills This role will report into the Senior Director of Product Management – IPfolio
