About

We are seeking a Sales Head to drive sales across the UK and US markets, build client relationships, generate leads, create proposals, and expand the company’s market presence. As a Sales Head, driving sales is your primary objective.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Expand the sales pipeline by building relationships with key stakeholders in enterprises, consultancy firms, and staffing agencies.
Research, study, and propose tailored solutions to potential clients.
Generate leads, conduct discovery calls & client meetings, and qualify prospects.
Optimise sales processes, messaging, and pipeline management.
Collaborate with pre‑sales and marketing teams on a cohesive go‑to‑market strategy.
Drive client acquisition through cold calling and lead qualification.
Manage client relationships, resolve issues, and liaise with operations teams.
Create reports on account progress, targets, and forecasts.
Build and manage the sales team and streamline the sales processes.
Based on performance and tenure in the organisation, the candidate may look forward to heading the Nucleii business with P&L responsibilities and charting the future business course.
Who Should Apply?
15 Years of Experience, at least ten years in handling overseas customers
Extensive experience in Managed IT Services, including offshore services.
Strong relationships with overseas clients.
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or IT; MBA preferred.
Proven expertise in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to client acquisition.
Strong understanding of IT & Managed IT Services, offshore support, and software solutions.
Experience with staffing companies is a plus.
Ability to lead, build, and manage a sales team.
Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making skills.
