Your missions : Support the creation and execution of technology roadmaps aligned with Spark’s vision and strategy Lead benchmark activities and supplier evaluations along with Supply Chain and Quality teams Lead the design, development and validation of Battery Packs from concept to production Main responsibilities: - Lead the development of Battery Management Systems (BMS) - Lead implementation and validation of the Battery Management Systems - Contribute to the definition of battery Design Validation Plans (DVP) - Support customers for all BMS related topics - Produce full battery system functional analysis and requirement specification - Contribute to the sizing and selection of power distribution unit end electrical components in battery systems - Support Project team to meet or exceed all targets (technical, quality, cost and delivery) - Mentor and train junior team members on battery systems activities and related topics Your profile : - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering area (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or similar) - In‐depth knowledge and understanding of High Voltage Battery architecture, design, simulation and testing - Experience in battery systems ideally for Motorsport or high performance applications, but not a must. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to summarize and make clear technical recommendations - Self‐starter with the ability to work with high level instruction and seek out data and support from other teams - Team‐oriented individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Fluent English and willingness to learn French While knowledge and experience are important, motivation, attitude and drive to grow are key for Spark.
