We’re looking for an ambitious individual seeking progression within the world of analytics. Focused on productivity of sales revenue within one of the leading IT solutions companies in the UK. Sales Performance Analytics: Analyse sales metrics (pipeline, sales, win/loss, productivity, etc.) to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. Forecasting & Planning: Work with sales leadership to support accurate revenue forecasting, territory planning, and goal setting. Maintain and enhance CRM data quality, integrity, and usability, support Salesforce automation. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and collaborate cross-functionally to implement improvements that enhance productivity and reduce friction. What you’ll need to succeed Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Excel/Google Sheets, and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives to completion. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization.
