We’re looking for a
Senior Composite Design Engineer
to take ownership of F1 composite components — from concept to release — ensuring maximum performance, reliability, and precision.
What You’ll Do
Design
carbon fibre parts, moulds, jigs, and tooling
Ensure all components meet
F1 technical regulations
Collaborate with
aerodynamics, design, and manufacturing teams
Support race and test events when required
Mentor junior engineers and drive design innovation
What You’ll Need
Degree in
Mechanical, Aerospace, or Automotive Engineering
Proven experience in
Formula 1, motorsport, or high‑performance composites
Proficiency in
CATIA V5/V6 or Siemens NX
Strong understanding of
composite materials and lay‑up processes
Proactive mindset with strong teamwork and problem‑solving skills
