About

Title : IT Project Co-ordinator Day Rate : £250 - £300 (OUTSIDE) Duration : 6 Months rolling contract Based : London/Remote (1 day a week) Responsibilities Work on a Modern Workplace transformation. Engage directly with stakeholders to support project delivery through effective communication and collaboration. Maintain and optimise SharePoint folder structures, ensuring clear organisation and accessibility of project documentation. Lead data discovery efforts by working with business and technical teams to collect, clarify, and document key data elements and implications. Produce and manage key artefacts such as Data Discovery Excel sheets, Wrappers, and Treatment Plans. Contribute to RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management by identifying and logging potential delivery impacts. Host and update action logs to track progress and ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate project calls and meetings, including setting agendas and capturing outcomes to support effective governance. Experience in modern workplace transformations, e.g., Windows 10/11 rollouts, M365 migrations, etc., is HIGHLY preferred. Please apply for more information!
