Job Details Detailed Job Description: Over 8 years of experience in Desktop Support Expertise in O365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and other Office applications Support for O365 cloud environments Perform installation, configuration, and deployment of operating systems and standard software for laptops and desktops Audio/Video conference support (Crestron, VoIP, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, meeting room equipment) VPN, printer support, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting Desk-side support role for VVIP clients Experience working with Asia-based offshore support teams European client-facing experience preferred Seniority Level
