Overview
We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer to join our Product & Design team. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience of assessment platforms by creating and maintaining robust Figma Design Systems and leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate component development. Your work will directly impact the quality, consistency, and accessibility of our digital assessment solutions worldwide. Preferred Location:

5+ Years Responsibilities
Develop, document, and maintain scalable Figma Design Systems ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform Design and prototype user interface components, ensuring alignment with brand, accessibility standards, and digital best practices Harness AI tools to efficiently generate and iterate on design components, driving innovation in the design workflow Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineers to ensure seamless integration and implementation of design assets Participate in design reviews, providing feedback to uphold quality and consistency across products and platforms Stay updated on the latest trends in digital assessment design, design systems, and AI-assisted design methodologies Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a Design Engineer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or digital product environment Proficiency in Figma, including the creation and management of complex Design Systems Experience using AI tools to enhance and automate design component creation Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility (including WCAG), and responsive design for web and mobile platforms Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional and global teams Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centered, data-driven digital experiences Portfolio showcasing relevant projects, particularly in digital assessments, SaaS, or related technology products Preferred Experience
Experience in digital assessment, HR tech, or EdTech industries Familiarity with React framework Seniority level
