Skills and Competencies
Demonstrated expertise in selling complex solutions by understanding and addressing client needs, ensuring a consultative and value-driven approach
Successful track record in sales and sales management, preferrably selling solutions to the global marketplace
Ability to build strong relationships and influence both internal teams and external stakeholders, driving alignment and collaboration
Advanced presentation and negotiation skills, enabling you to communicate compelling value propositions and close high-impact deals
Proven track record in managing and nurturing client relationships, supporting sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and situations
Creative and analytical problem-solving abilities, adept at diagnosing challenges and developing innovative solutions that drive results
Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines
Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency
Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
This position offers a dynamic work environment, requiring up to 50% travel to engage with clients face-to-face, while also providing the flexibility of hybrid working
Education
Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Responsibilities
Lead a team of corporate sales professionals preferably focused on the Energy, TMT or Healthcare/Pharmaceutical verticals
Direct sales of products and services (workflow automation, data, analytics, research, integrated services, etc.) across diverse risk management needs (supply chain, compliance, counterparty, credit, financial, cyber etc)
Review account coverage and oversee outreach efforts, developing existing clients through cross-sale and up-sell
Recommend and execute policies for sales activities
Identify business opportunities for new product development through market and client exposure, in partnership with specialists and pre-sales
Collaborate with marketing and product strategy teams to drive sales initiatives
Drive continuous service improvement for revenue production and retention
Mentor and develop sales professionals to meet short-term targets and long-term goals
