Ceva is looking for a dynamic Senior Director of European Sales to grow its Semiconductor IP business in Europe.
Candidates can be located in Ireland, Sweden, France or UK.
Job Description Working within a Ceva’s Sales and FAE team in Europe, you will be tasked with growing our business in the region. You will work closely with the Business Unit leaders and Marketing to discover new sales opportunities, coordinate customer evaluations, and negotiate contracts.
Responsibilities
Prospect for new opportunities while retaining and expanding business with the current customer base
Develop trusted relationships with various stakeholders such as engineering, marketing, executive management, and purchasing at the target accounts
Negotiate contracts for Silicon IP and Software licensing
Work with legal preparing Licensing Contracts
Requirements Job Requirements (Must Have)
10+ years experience and successful track record within the European Semiconductor Industry, in a senior sales or business development role, is essential
High-energy, can-do attitude, and self-driven with strong ability to take ownership of customer relationships, solve issues, and coordinate solutions with customers and Ceva’s R&D/Support organization
Deep understanding and relevant connections within the European Semiconductor Industry, and/or end-markets including Consumer IOT, Industrial IOT, Automotive and Infrastructure
Team player, Manager and "people person" with excellent communication and listening skills. Must possess the ability to articulate issues and solutions internally and externally
A collaborative individual with excellent communication skills
Fluent English and another European language
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a closely-related technical field
Available to travel frequently in Europe to meet customers. Flexibility to work across international time zones (mostly US, Israel and Europe) with Ceva’s business units
Job Requirements (Nice To Have)
Experience in semiconductor/silicon IP Licensing
Engineering or marketing experience in the ASIC market
Experience in strategic account management
Experience in product marketing and/or business development
Prior responsibility for (or involvement in) complex contract negotiations
Client connections within the European semiconductor industry
Good technical understanding of connectivity (cf. BT, WiFi, UWB), cellular (cf. 5G UE, RAN) and artificial intelligence (cf. DNN for computer vision, image enhancements, audio/voice enhancements and analytics) and related use-cases and applications
