Digital Marketing & Brand Director We are partnering with a leading international bank to appoint a Digital Marketing & Brand Director. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑profile marketing team responsible for driving brand visibility, digital engagement, and client marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and digital branding strategies that strengthen the firm’s market presence. You’ll partner with business units across corporate and investment banking to deliver impactful content, enhance digital reach, and ensure brand consistency across every client touchpoint.
Location: London, United Kingdom
The successful candidate will be involved in:
Developing and delivering digital marketing and branding strategies that align with the firm’s business goals and brand identity
Leading the design and execution of integrated campaigns that enhance visibility and drive client engagement across EMEA
Creating compelling marketing materials including videos, digital assets, brochures, and event collateral
Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across business units, products, and regions
Strengthening the firm’s digital presence before, during, and after events through social media, web, and multimedia channels
Managing agency relationships and collaborating with communications, design, and business development teams
Measuring and reporting on digital campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics, providing recommendations for improvement
Contributing to continuous brand enhancement, ensuring all marketing initiatives reflect the organization’s values and client proposition
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in digital marketing and brand management within financial services
Skilled in digital strategy, campaign management, and content creation across multiple platforms
Prior B2B marketing experience essential, with B2C also highly advantageous
Experience managing branding projects, agencies, and stakeholder communications
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail
Collaborative and proactive mindset, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
Creative thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful marketing activity
