Job Description We’re looking for a Research Analytics Lead (research agency Director / Senior Associate Director level) to lead on the design and implementation of statistical analysis on survey data. You will take end‑to‑end ownership of analytical projects, consulting on research briefs, liaising with our Quantitative Research team, developing analysis plans, conducting multivariate statistical analysis, and communicating the findings to relevant stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee complex analytics projects using market research data to drive strategic decisions about Sky’s products and services.
Implement advanced analytical techniques (e.g., key driver analysis, segmentation, perceptual mapping, price elasticity) to provide deep insights.
Collaborate with quantitative researchers and the data team to devise and implement innovative research solutions.
Drive projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, engaging stakeholders, and proactively resolving issues.
Present findings to senior leadership (MD level) confidently and engagingly, championing the customer viewpoint.
Uphold the highest quality standards in accordance with MRS guidelines, setting benchmarks for excellence.
What You’ll Bring
Extensive experience applying multivariate statistics to survey data, including Choice‑Based Conjoint and Menu‑Based Conjoint projects, and previous employment in a market research agency.
Proficiency in analysis using a programming language such as R or Python.
Solid theoretical understanding of statistical techniques (significance testing, correlation, regression, correspondence analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, etc.).
Ability to translate business problems into research/analytics plans and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong presentation skills, able to summarise patterns and findings into a compelling narrative for stakeholders.
Thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, with strong multitasking, flexibility and perseverance.
Team Overview You’ll be part of our in‑house research team, directly influencing strategic decisions across Sky’s Consumer Group—from TV shows and brands to new product development and marketing strategy.
