Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Project Engineering team
Ensure engineering elements meet time, budget, and quality targets
Oversee design documentation and compliance with CE/UKCA standards
Conduct and review critical design calculations
Collaborate with Controls, Procurement, Installations, and Project Management teams
Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and team capability
Requirements
Formal qualification in Mechanical Engineering (Degree preferred; HND/HNC acceptable with relevant experience)
High competence in mechanical design, CAD (AutoCAD), and technical documentation
Strong understanding of automation equipment and safety standards
Experience applying CE/UKCA marks to capital equipment
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
