We are expanding our
Glasgow office
and looking for a proven sales professional who knows how to prospect, pitch and close and who thrives in a performance‑driven environment. This is not a customer service role. This is a high‑energy, outbound sales position built for people who want to win.

The Role
Sell premium VIP hospitality packages to B2B and B2C clients
Daily outbound prospecting with full telephone pitches
Build your own pipeline from scratch and convert consistently
Hold structured follow‑up calls, issue quotes, and close deals
Manage accounts and drive repeat business
Represent Headline Events at major UK and international events
This role requires confidence, control of the conversation, and the ability to build urgency.
What We’re Looking For
Previous sales experience is essential (phone‑based preferred)
A genuine hunter mentality — proactive, persistent, competitive
Strong closer with professional objection‑handling skills
Resilient, disciplined, and target‑driven
Comfortable working at pace and owning your results
Interest in sport, live entertainment, or major events is a bonus

What You’ll Get
£24,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
Year 1 OTE £50K+ (high performers exceed this quickly)
Clear progression routes: Senior Executive → Team Leader → Management
