About

The client is actively seeking an expert-level QA Test Automation Developer and Engineer to create, maintain, and execute automated testing harnesses supporting build and deployment pipelines. This role is crucial to supporting clinical development teams by driving best practices in automation, continuous testing, and continuous delivery across various software platforms including web, mobile, and enterprise systems. Job Responsibilities: Review user stories, technical specifications, and documentation to ensure testability and quality Develop and maintain automated test suites for dynamic testing Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines Ensure version control and configuration management for test assets Create and maintain test project plans, schedules, and metrics Research, log, and track bugs; update test execution status and dashboards Provide estimates for automation tasks and dependencies Advocate for quality and drive best practices in Agile and DevOps environments Translate user stories into automated test cases using Gherkin/Cucumber or equivalent Required Skills:
5+ years in QA automation development and scripting 5+ years in functional testing across cloud platforms, microservices, REST APIs, UIs, and databases Proficiency in Selenium, UFT, Visual Studio, RIT, and custom scripting Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS platforms Expertise in SQL and database testing (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server) Familiarity with tools: Maven, Jenkins, Git, MTM, Test Data Management solutions Understanding of object-oriented programming Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with performance testing and cloud monitoring services Experience with thin-client testing (HTML, Angular) Experience in scripting for Test Data Management Compliance and validation-focused test planning Certifications:
