We do not support or transfer other visa types (e.g., H-1B). We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join a global team building and enhancing
low-latency, high-throughput trading applications . The role requires close collaboration with trading, quantitative, risk, compliance, and IT teams to deliver innovative electronic trading solutions leveraging modern technologies and architectures. Responsibilities Design, develop, and support low-latency, event-driven trading systems. Work closely with traders, quants, and other business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Provide accurate work estimates and contribute to technical architecture and design. Ensure code quality with CI/CD, static and dynamic code analysis, and security scans. Mentor developers and provide technical guidance. Participate in all phases of the software delivery lifecycle, from analysis to production support. Qualifications
Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. 58 years of experience in trading system development. 5+ years hands-on enterprise Java development (Java 1117). Strong experience with asynchronous, event-driven programming and concurrency. Proven background in low-latency, high-throughput application development. Strong mix of technical (60%) and business (40%) skills with the ability to work across global teams. Preferred Skills Apache Camel 3, JMS (Active MQ or similar). MS SQL Server and/or Sybase. Knowledge of electronic trading workflows (e.g., RFQ) and market integrations (ION, TradeWeb, Bloomberg).
