Clarksburg, WV (onsite required) Security Clearance
TS/SCI Clearance required. Education and Experience Bachelors degree in a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree if the candidate can demonstrate ability to use mobile app scanning with DOJ Mobile App Security or the Agencys Enterprise Security Operations Center.
Responsibilities
Support technology modernization missions through analysis, problem solving, judgment, communication, and planning. Collect, document, and assess user requirements; formulate recommendations; implement solutions related to integrated governance. Provide customer support to agency personnel requesting application screening for mobile IT devices. Conduct functional testing of applications on FBI devices with the Mobility Program Office. Conduct stakeholder reviews with representatives from the OCIO, Inspection Division, and Office of General Counsel; provide recommendations to the Authorizing Official and Designated Representative. Document findings and maintain accurate records of application status throughout the workflow. Contribute to annual portfolio briefings on the status of the mobile application review program. Facilitate monthly notifications and reminders to update DOJ Investment Metrics and submit the IT Acquisition Report (ITAR). Report quarterly Integrated Data Collection (IDC) reports on IT expenditures, inventory, and use. Prepare ad?hoc reporting and data calls regarding Capital Planning & Investment Control (CPIC) processes. Submit deliverables to the Unit Chief by the 16th of each month for review and approval. Facilitate quarterly collection and review of executive?level talking points from subject?matter experts on technology risks. Deliver key strategic?planning documentation, including OMB Form 300. Create and execute project plans, communication plans, and refined communications products for overall technology governance. Manage administrative and logistical duties for multi?division working groups under OCIO leadership. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders within and outside the OCIO, including DOJ and the intelligence community.
