Business Analyst Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) Location: London (largely remote) About the Role: We are partnering with a business that truly understands and values the importance of a strong Business Analysis function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global D365 Finance & Operations implementation programme, work on large-scale enterprise migrations and new system implementations that will transform the organisation. You'll need to be resilient, adaptable, and confident in navigating a fast-paced business environment that experiences frequent change. Responsiblities: Work closely with various stakeholders to gather, challenge and document clear business requirements. Support the successful delivery of the D365 F&O implementation and associated projects. Analyse existing processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency. Map end-to-end business processes and understand data flows across systems and functions. Partner with technical and non-technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business needs and requirements. Produce high-quality documentation, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership.What We're Looking For: BCS qualification or similar professional certification. Experience with ERP systems (D365 F&O preferred) or similar platforms. Demonstrated strength in Business Analysis: Eliciting, translating, simplifying and prioritising requirements A solid understanding of finance or procurement processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. A pragmatic and proactive approach to delivering.Process: Two stage process in quick succession. Held on Teams
