Day-to-Day Duties of the Wireless Sales Representative
Actively connect with prospective customers to promote and sell AT&T wireless services, driving interest in industry-leading solutions.
Perform detailed needs assessments to identify customer requirements and provide tailored AT&T wireless plans, devices, and service options.
Clearly communicate and demonstrate the features and advantages of AT&T’s wireless products, including smartphones, accessories, and advanced service packages.
Successfully close new sales while guiding customers through the enrollment and activation process, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every step.
Consistently achieve and exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly sales and client acquisition goals.
Accurately maintain and update all customer interactions, sales activities, and account information within the company’s CRM system.
