Eligible employee requirements:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
* Current Arkansas license as an Occupational Therapist
* Pediatric experience preferred but not required
Job Description includes:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' physical, psychological, and social needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for maximizing independence
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in occupational therapy practices and techniques
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
