Design Director

for an agency client, dedicated to innovative brand-building. You’ll join the Creative team to lead creative vision, strategy and execution. This is a Fulltime opportunity. The role is located in New York City, and is Hybrid. Design Director Responsibilities: Guide and mentor the creative team, providing feedback to enhance skills. Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and production teams for cohesive brand messaging. Present design concepts to clients, explaining design choices. Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. Stay updated on design trends and technologies for innovative solutions. Design Director Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. 7+ years in design leadership, with a focus on branding and packaging. Strategic and creative problem-solving ability. Strong understanding of production processes and materials in branding/packaging.
