Position Overview
We are seeking a *full-time Pharmacist* to join our team. This position offers flexible scheduling (30–40 hours per week depending on candidate preference). While the initial focus will be on *retail pharmacy services*, there will be opportunities to receive *training in non-sterile compounding* as part of your career growth.
Responsibilities
* Provide accurate and efficient dispensing of prescription medications
* Counsel patients on medications, side effects, and therapy management
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and staff
* Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
* Assist in implementing clinical and wellness services
* Participate in training for compounding operations as needed
Qualifications
* Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
* Current pharmacist license in Wyoming (or eligibility for licensure)
* Previous retail pharmacy experience required
* Compounding experience preferred (training available if not experienced)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
