*Position Summary*
The *Nurse Manager* at the *East Corinth Clinic* serves a *blended role* that combines *clinical nursing duties* with *practice management leadership*. This position provides direct patient care—including triage, staff nursing, and lead nurse functions—while also overseeing day-to-day operations, team coordination, and workflow management.
Working closely with the *Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)*, site leadership, and administrative teams, the Nurse Manager ensures smooth clinic operations, high-quality care, and strong communication across disciplines. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced nurse who enjoys both hands-on patient care and team leadership in a collaborative, community health setting.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Clinical Responsibilities*
* Provide patient-centered clinical care including nursing triage, immunizations, health education, and chronic disease support.
* Serve as *lead nurse*, offering guidance, mentoring, and support to nursing and medical assistant staff.
* Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards.
* Collaborate with providers and care teams to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care.
* Participate directly in patient care activities, covering staff nurse duties as needed.
*Practice Management Responsibilities*
* Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow, scheduling, and communication.
* Partner with leadership to manage staffing, coverage, and workflow adjustments.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance feedback for clinical and administrative staff.
* Participate in *budget planning, resource allocation, and inventory oversight*.
* Lead or assist with *quality improvement initiatives*, data review, and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with FQHC, OSHA, and regulatory standards.
* Act as liaison between clinical teams and administrative leadership to support alignment and problem-solving.
*Qualifications*
* *Registered Nurse (RN)*, or LPN, licensed in the State of Vermont (required).
* Minimum *3 years of clinical nursing experience*, ideally in a primary care or community health environment.
* Prior *supervisory or team lead experience* strongly preferred.
* Strong understanding of outpatient clinical workflows and patient access.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, inclusivity, and patient-centered care.
*Schedule and Compensation*
* *Full-time, Monday–Friday* during clinic hours.

Pay: $70,904.13 - $100,000.00 per year
