Experience - At least 2-3 years' technical support experience in medium/large organization Working with ServiceNow (ticketing and knowledge) Customer service oriented PC Support - Install and configure PC hardware and components Printers support (mapping, printer queue…) Hardware troubleshooting: PC problem-solving, hard drives, RAM, CPUs and power, video, printing Experience in Windows environment Imaging and configuration Troubleshooting Office 365 Experience with SCCM (imaging and package deployment) and AutoPilot
