VETS, Inc., is looking for an experienced Policy Analyst to join our growing team. This is a fulltime, permanent opportunity with full benefits working onsite at the Pentagon. Du e to security requirements, this position requires an active DoD TS / SCI clearance. Position requirements: Provide technical support to development and maintenance of policy governing the Title 10 DCIPS Develop information papers, FAQs, policy proposals, substantive briefing presentations. Revise policy, draft policy documents, manage document coordination Receive, track, and draft responses to questions from Defense Intelligence workforce Support new and ongoing Human Capital initiatives requiring changes to existing policy or creation of new policy Policy Analyst Duties include: Research, organize, analyze, and summarize data; Develop preliminary findings Assist in drafting written reports Assist in developing white papers and briefings Assist in preparing and presenting briefings Attend and document meetings Interact with experienced technical staff, management, and government clients. Required skills Strong and verbal and written communication skills Proficient research and analytical skills Experience in MS Office Suite Ability to work in a dynamic work environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team Ability to problem-solve in a time constrained environment Ability to take initiative and work independently Ability to prioritize tasks Military experience, or experience with contracting or the federal government a plus Requires a current / Active DoD TS – SCI Clearance
