play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding engineers, ensuring successful project execution, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work with various stakeholders to set priorities, develop schedules, and create an achievable execution strategy for the engineering team to follow. Responsibilities: Improve existing software development processes and procedures, ensuring consistent standards and best practices across multiple product development initiatives. Help create long-term roadmaps while ensuring short-term sprint objectives are met. Develop and administer technical training and certification programs to enhance the skills and expertise of the team. Work with engineers from other disciplines to develop software requirements and support design artifacts. Help foster a positive and inclusive team culture. Qualifications: Active Secret security clearance. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer or electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or related field. 5+ years of relevant engineering experience. 3+ years of experience in a technical lead/engineering management position. Experience guiding agile teams on how to use Agile/Scrum practices. Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, and automated testing. Experience with cloud services, such as AWS.
