About the role

As Ada's next Graphic Designer, you'll blend storytelling, strategy, and design to visualize the future of customer experience. From campaigns to social to web, your work will make complex ideas feel effortless and inspiring. This role reports directly to the Creative Manager.

Outcomes
  • Create visuals that tell clear, compelling stories about how AI transforms customer experiences across campaigns, presentations, digital content, and social platforms.

  • Translate complex concepts into simple, visually engaging graphics, layouts, and narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Design across channels: social media, web, paid ads, presentations, and internal communications.

  • Develop systems and templates that ensure brand consistency and scalability across teams.

  • Collaborate with content writers, growth marketers, and product experts to visualize Ada's stories.

  • Explore and integrate AI-driven design tools (for ideation, layout, or asset creation) to expand creative potential and efficiency.

  • Contribute to the evolution of Ada's visual language and bring fresh thinking to how we communicate complex ideas simply and beautifully.

About you Your Experiences
  • 3 years of experience in visual, brand, or communication design. Ideally with exposure to technology, B2B SaaS, or storytelling-driven marketing.

  • A portfolio that showcases strong technical design skills, visual storytelling, and clarity of communication across mediums.

  • Experience designing for a range of formats: web, social, email, decks, print (motion graphics is a bonus).

  • Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and interpreting conceptual briefs.

  • Bonus: Understanding of UX fundamentals and responsive design to create visuals that enhance usability and storytelling on the web.

Technical Expertise
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

  • Proficiency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote.

  • Understanding of responsive and digital design principles (asset optimization, accessibility, file preparation).

  • Curiosity and comfort in exploring AI-enhanced tools for creative ideation and asset generation.

  • Familiarity with motion or animation (After Effects or equivalent) is a bonus.
