The Opportunity
As a Director, Growth, you'll own our revenue-generation engine. You'll design and execute go-to-market strategies that attract, convert, and retain customers. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for a builder who thrives on experimentation, data-driven storytelling, and driving results that move the needle.
What You'll Do
- Own the growth strategy: Build and lead a scalable GTM engine that generates qualified pipeline across digital, outbound, and partner channels.
- Accelerate revenue: Collaborate with Sales to design full-funnel programs that increase lead quality, velocity, and win rates.
- Lead generation & conversion: Launch data-backed campaigns (paid, organic, content, ABM) that engage target accounts and convert interest into demos.
- Sales enablement: Equip the Sales team with messaging, content, and insights that close deals faster.
- Market positioning: Define boostCX's voice in the market - create narratives that differentiate us from larger CXM players like Medallia, Qualtrics, and Alida.
- Metrics that matter: Track performance across CAC, pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
- Team leadership: Build and mentor a small, agile team of marketers and agencies to execute at scale.
What You Bring
- 8 years of B2B SaaS growth or marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success driving revenue-focused marketing or growth sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of CRM and automation tools (We are a HubSpot shop).
- Experience aligning closely with Sales and Customer Success to optimize the funnel.
- Analytical mindset - comfortable turning data into actionable growth experiments.
- Background in CX, customer engagement, or SaaS solutions is a strong plus.
