We're looking for a Fund Operations Associate to join our Innovation & Fund Operations team - the engine behind how we execute, reconcile, and automate fund activity. This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, thrives on precision, and enjoys seeing how process improvements translate into tangible business impact.

What You'll Do

• Process and reconcile fund transactions including capital calls, subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions across internal and external funds.
• Coordinate with custodians to execute wires, EFTs, account openings, and journal entries.
• Prepare and process bulk trades based on ad hoc or systematic trading instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of fund and client accounts in internal systems.
• Identify and escalate exceptions or discrepancies, supporting root-cause resolution.
• Partner with the Innovation team to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Support reporting, audits, and process documentation within Fund Operations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in fund or investment operations, or financial services.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Collaborative approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Pursuit or completion of CSC, CIM, or CFA Level 1 designation is an asset.
