About

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Product Manager to join our Banking Technology team. This role demands a deep understanding of financial services technology and a proven track record of delivering innovative software products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution, driving product strategy and ensuring seamless delivery. Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, own, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for banking technology solutions, aligning with business objectives and market needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary liaison between senior business stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional units (Legal, Compliance, Regional Banking Heads) to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive consensus.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization and design, then collaborating & partnering through development, testing, and deployment of the product - utilizing Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
  • Technical Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of technology, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and informed decision-making on technical aspects, including UX/UI design principles.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze current and future process workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, implement efficient solutions, and propose automation initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse business lines to prioritize technology efforts, manage tactical projects, and enhance cross-functional workflows, data feeds, and reporting.
  • Adoption & Enablement: Develop and deliver user training, solicit feedback, and champion system adoption to maximize product value.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 6-10 years of progressive experience in product management, with a significant portion in financial services; capital markets experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Technical Proficiency: 6-10 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and 5 years utilizing Agile tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability in strategic decision-making and defining comprehensive product roadmaps.
  • Influence & Negotiation: Exceptional ability to influence and negotiate with senior business and technology management to drive roadmap execution and achieve objectives.
  • Communication: Consistently demonstrate clear, concise, and compelling written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, interpretive, and complex problem-solving techniques.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, inquisitive, and possesses strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-organizational partnership.
