About

Our client is seeking for a Senior Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support a major system replacement initiative . The selected candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, coordinating project activities, managing vendor communication, and ensuring successful project delivery within timelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Current State Assessment & Analysis

o Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and surveys.

o Document workflows, integrations, and identify gaps or pain points.

o Analyze risks and opportunities to inform future solution design.

· Requirements Gathering & Documentation

o Lead the elicitation and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements.

o Create and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).

o Validate and secure approvals from stakeholders.

· Solution Evaluation & Procurement Support

o Support the preparation of RFP documentation and evaluation criteria.

o Coordinate vendor demonstrations, scoring, and selection activities.

o Prepare recommendation reports and assist in final selection.

· Project Coordination & Management

o Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.

o Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely updates and reporting.

o Track issues, risks, and dependencies while maintaining effective communication across all teams.

· Implementation & Testing

o Collaborate with technical and vendor teams to configure and implement the solution.

o Support data migration planning and validation activities.

o Develop and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

· Training & Change Management

o Prepare and deliver user training materials and knowledge transfer sessions.

o Support change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption.

· Post-Implementation Support

o Provide go-live and stabilization support.

o Conduct post-implementation reviews and develop lessons learned documentation.


Requirements

· Minimum 7 years of experience managing or coordinating multi-stakeholder projects involving business, technical, and vendor teams.

· Proven ability to produce high-quality documentation such as process maps, requirement specifications, project plans, and risk registers.

· Experience with recognized project management or business analysis methodologies (BABOK, PMI, Agile, or Waterfall).

· Strong facilitation, analytical, and communication skills in English.

· Ability to start within 2 weeks of selection and commit full-time for the project duration.

· Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst leading system replacement or modernization projects.

· Only one candidate submission per vendor.

Preferred / Scored Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in system replacement or modernization initiatives, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong background in project coordination , managing schedules, dependencies, risks, and communication across teams.
  • Experience working within large enterprise or government environments with structured procurement and RFP processes.
  • Clear, methodical approach for project planning, coordination, and documentation .
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP , or equivalent experience and training.
