Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Burnaby, BC, for a Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and supplier coordination. Responsibilities include ensuring streamlined supply management, optimizing inventory levels, analyzing data to predict supply chain trends, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems
- Bill of Materials Management
- Strong expertise in Demand Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast supply needs and identify efficiency opportunities
- Experience in Supply Management and Procurement to handle supplier relationships and negotiate contracts effectively
- Savvy in Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or distribution sectors is an asset
- Proficiency in supply chain software/tools is advantageous
