A premium manufactured home dealer has partnered with Aspen Personnel Service to find a
customer-focused, detail-oriented
individual to join their team as a Sales/Project Coordinator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow up with leads generated through the company's marketing efforts
Schedule home tours
Greet customers and evaluate their needs
Provide home tours with a
no-pressure
approach to helping customers find the right fit
Assist clients in designing their homes
Create quotes and close sales
Educate customers on the entire process from ordering and manufacturing, to delivery and installation
Coordinate all aspect of the process from ordering and manufacturing, to delivery and installation
Attend community events
Participate in various marketing activities
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience:
Prior sales experience preferred
Background in construction, interior design or real estate a plus
Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills
Strong follow-through skills required
A good eye for decor selection a plus

Tuesday

Saturday 10AM

Compensation:
$75 - $100K (Includes base + commission)
