Your responsibilities Are you passionate about providing top-tier application support and excelling in a dynamic team environment? We are seeking a skilled Core Application Support Engineer to join our team and ensure the seamless functionality of our core application, Miles a specialized solution for the leasing industry. Key Responsibilities in this role: Deliver high-quality support for our core application, focusing on two primary areas: Incident Management (Diagnosing and resolving technical issues) and Service Requests (f.e. addressing access requests and configuration changes). Monitor and maintain IT-Infrastructure to support continuous production and operational excellence f.e. by preforming regular checks on the performance of our applications and support with production. Utilize Jira as a ticketing system for tracking and managing support requests. Collaborate with a close-knit team of four, with an office presence every Monday. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with: A few years of hands-on experience in application support roles. Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira. Profound SQL knowledge to handle database-related tasks effectively. Fluency in English (mandatory), with proficiency in either French or Dutch.
