Diese Schlüsselrolle verbindet technisches Know-how mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Verständnis und starker Kommunikationskompetenz.Projektleitung DaaS· Verantwortung für die End-to-End-Umsetzung des DaaS-Programms – von der Definition des Umfangs über Planung und Implementierung bis hin zur Übergabe in den Betrieb.· Steuerung des gesamten Lebenszyklus der Endgeräte – von der Beschaffung über Rollout und Verwaltung bis zur Ausmusterung.Beschaffung & Lieferantenmanagement· Steuerung und Optimierung der DaaS-Beschaffungsprozesse mit OEMs (z. B. This is a key role that demands technical proficiency, business acumen, and excellent communication capabilities.Key Responsibilities• Lead the end-to-end execution of the DaaS program, including scoping, planning,implementation, and transition to operations.• Own the full lifecycle of end-user devices — from procurement to deployment,management, and retirement. Procurement & Vendor Management• Manage and streamline DaaS procurement processes with OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.).• Drive commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and vendor performance tracking.• Build and maintain vendor catalogues aligned to organization/device standards. Client Engagement• Act as the single point of contact for the client throughout the DaaS project lifecycle.• Present project updates, timelines, and risk mitigation plans to client stakeholders.• Ensure service delivery aligns with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.• Responsible for preparing Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly review dashboards Technical Oversight• Coordinate with internal IT teams for imaging, provisioning, MDM/UEM (e.g., Intune, Tanium, JAMF) integration.• Ensure zero-touch deployment and seamless end-user onboarding.• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure endpoint security compliance.
