About

We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients and their pets, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, managing patient records, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for animals, and a strong attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a fast-paced environment and make a difference in the lives of animals.
Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
* Answer phones, take messages, and respond to inquiries from clients.
* Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar.
* Collect payments for services rendered.
* Maintain client records and files in an organized manner.
* Assist with the maintenance of medical records and filing systems.
* Provide general office support such as filing, faxing, photocopying, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
* 10 hour shift
* Day shift
Experience:
* Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Shift availability:
* Day Shift (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
