Our expectation for our therapists is to see 1.5 visits per hour worked (with 1 hour evals). Our focus is on providing quality care -- treating the patient not the injury-- and building lasting relationships. Home is your time -- not time to catch up on documenting. Pay is competitive but realistic for private outpatient clinics. *Requirements/Qualifications:*
* CA state physical therapist license in good standing.
* Orthopedic experience with good manual skills.
* Great work ethic.
* Passion for helping others.
