We are working with a well-established, independent estate agency based in Birmingham City Centre, renowned for their strong market presence and impressive property portfolio. They’re seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic and high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers

• Registering and qualifying buyers

• Providing regular feedback to vendors and maintaining strong client relationships

• Liaising effectively with both buyers and vendors throughout the sales process

• Booking valuations and supporting the listings team

• Promoting mortgage and solicitor referral services

• Actively contributing to a positive team environment

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Sales Negotiator role

• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills

• Confident, proactive, and motivated to exceed targets

• Knowledge of the local property market is a bonus

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

• A true team player with a passion for property
