We’re currently seeking a *Speech Therapist* who is passionate about helping individuals overcome speech, language, and swallowing challenges through evidence-based therapies and innovative techniques.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
* Collaborate with families, physicians, and educators to develop individualized care plans
* Implement a blend of proven and modern therapeutic approaches
* Monitor patient progress and adapt therapy programs as needed
* Educate patients and caregivers about treatment options and progress
* Maintain detailed documentation of patient history and outcomes
* Mentor students and participate in workshops
* Stay current on industry advancements through ongoing education and research
*What You Bring:*
* Master’s degree in Speech Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology
* Current license and certification
* Experience with specific disorders or age groups (preferred)
* Strong understanding of speech-related disorders and therapies
* Proficiency with database management tools
* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to travel and attend professional conferences

Pay: $75.00 - $115.00 per hour
