Job Title

Social Media Content Specialist (English + Greek) — remote position open to permanent residents of Canada. You will be a bilingual social media expert who enjoys online conversations, crafting engaging content, and maintaining welcoming digital communities.

Responsibilities
  • Moderate and respond to comments across clients’ social channels using their brand voice.
  • Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement.
  • Ensure online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines.
  • Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed.
  • Act as an extension of clients’ brands by understanding their strategy, tone, and audience.
Qualifications
  • Native-level fluency in English and Greek.
  • Strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in both languages.
  • Based in Canada and legally allowed to work there.
  • Open and available to work any shift, including weekends.
  • Experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging.
  • Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Knowledge of major social platforms and their ins and outs.
  • Interest in tech, retail, food, hospitality, or tourism content; curious and engaged.
  • Organized, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
  • Fast, reliable internet with no data restrictions.
  • Active Facebook account.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly pay range is CAD 16.75–CAD 17.00 or the minimum wage in your province, whichever is higher. Actual pay depends on experience and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and other benefits for hourly employees working a minimum of 22 hours per week.
