We are seeking an experienced and skilled maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. The maintenance technician will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment and systems, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions and system failures
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed
\*\*Qualifications: \*\*
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good physical condition and strength to perform duties such as lifting and climbing
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
