With Sign on Bonus Full time $5000.00
We’re seeking a licensed, compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Paonia Care and Rehab Center. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will have experience in a skilled nursing setting and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
*Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate and treat speech and swallowing issues
* Develop individualized care plans
* Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
*Qualifications:*
* Colorado State licensure and SLP certification required
