CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Temporary position
Main mission:
Ensure the complete processing of orders for assigned countries, from receipt to billing and shipping, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
Tasks:
* Manage the complete cycle of orders (receipt, validation, billing, shipping).
* Track and resolve blocked orders.
* Prepare billing and shipping documents (export, import, banking).
* Organize the transport and ensure tracking until delivery.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
* Maintain accurate sales projections and assess risks.
* Apply SOPs and compliance requirements.
* Participate in ad hoc projects and regular calls with clients/distributors.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Profile:
* Training in the field of customer service
* Ideally prior experience in customer service or order management.
* Knowledge of SAP, CRM and MS Office applications.
* Customer oriented, flexible, proactive.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
