About

The Parts / Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, supporting field technicians, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position also provides backup support to the dispatch team when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Job Support

  • Replenish technician stock based on daily service tickets.
  • Track inventory and tools issued to service vehicles.
  • Assemble and deliver parts for new jobs or estimates (if needed)
  • Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Lifting of physical products up to 60lbs

Documentation & Reporting

  • Provide price and cost estimating
  • Generate reports on inventory, orders, and discrepancies.
  • Recommend improvements for inventory efficiency and cost savings.

Secondary Duties

  • Assist with dispatch, customer service, and key cutting
  • Interact with walk-in customers

Qualifications

  • Education: DCS / DEC (required).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in inventory or parts coordination
  • Industry Knowledge: Locksmith tools and hardware (preferred).
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory software and computers
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed up to 60lbs
  • Language: Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • License: Valid G Driver's License (required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
