With a team of 7 skilled DVMs and robust support staff—including 1–2 dedicated Room Nurses per doctor—our practice is designed for both efficiency and high-quality patient care. We are open 7 days a week to better serve our community, and we’re looking for a leader who can help guide our clinical vision and support professional growth across the team.
*Our Medical Director will play a key role in:*
* Leading by example with high standards of patient care, client communication, and professional integrity
* Mentoring and developing associate veterinarians and support staff
* Collaborating with ownership and management to implement medical protocols and hospital policies
* Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and respectful work culture
* Participating in recruitment and training of veterinary staff
* Overseeing case reviews, CE planning, and quality control
*About Our Facility*
Our hospital is equipped with modern technology and recently underwent a full remodel to include:
* A new conference room for team meetings and CE
* Six wet tables for efficient procedure flow
* Three updated surgical suites
* In-house lab, digital radiography, advanced anesthesia monitoring
* 12 exam rooms, break area, and upgraded tech infrastructure
*Clinical Responsibilities*
While administrative and leadership duties are a key part of the role, our Medical Director will remain hands-on with cases, contributing to:
* Wellness and preventative care
* Emergency and urgent care
* Soft tissue surgery and dentistry
* Radiology and ultrasound
* Internal medicine and specialty cases
*Work Schedule*
* 4 days per week
* 10-hour shifts (7:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
* 1.5-hour lunch break
* 30-minute appointments starting at 8:00 AM

* *$200,000 – $350,000+ annually*, depending on experience and responsibilities
