Physical Therapist (FT) - 5K sign on bonus! Opportunity to work 4 10hr days!
*Job Summary:*
* Provide full-time physical therapy services to residents of a skilled nursing facility.
* Focus on restoring function, improving mobility, and enhancing the quality of life for patients.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
* Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patient outcomes.
* Track patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly to achieve treatment goals.
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities, including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
* Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
* Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
* Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
* Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
* Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Therapist (PT)
*Job Summary:*
* Provide full or part-time physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
* Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes and enhance quality of life.
*Responsibilities:*
* Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including range of motion, strength, and functional abilities.
* Design and execute individualized treatment plans, incorporating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions.
* Utilize various therapeutic techniques to enhance patient recovery and achieve treatment goals.
* Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and health maintenance.
* Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
* Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
* Experience in geriatric care and skilled nursing facilities is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
* Compassionate approach to patient care and ability to motivate patients.
Physical Therapist

* Provide physical therapy services on an as-needed basis to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
* Evaluate and treat patients to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
* Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve patient outcomes.
* Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
*Qualifications:*
* Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
* Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: $49.00 - $60.00 per hour
