Machine Learning Engineer , you will play a key role in shaping the development of the company’s core technology. Your responsibilities will include: Training and deploying state-of-the-art models

for parsing and interpreting unstructured data. Experimenting with novel techniques

to improve the accuracy of LLMs. Building data pipelines , evaluating model performance, and integrating models into the product. Working closely with the founding team and customers

to shape the product direction and engineering strategy. What We’re Looking For: 2-5 years of experience

in

machine learning engineering , with a focus on training, fine-tuning, and evaluating models used in production systems. Exceptional skills in

Python

and experience with

computer vision

and

vision-language models (VLMs) . Experience in

API integration

and building your own tools (e.g., quick apps like Streamlit to test hypotheses or create datasets). A

quantitative approach

to product development, with the ability to debug, experiment, and iterate quickly. High standards for quality and the ability to take ownership of projects from ideation to shipping. Bonus Points If You: Have

founding experience
