Family Achievement Center of Central Minnesota (FAC-CMN) is looking for a physical therapist to join our clinic and be part of a multidisciplinary team. Therapists at FAC-CMN are provided with training opportunities and are encouraged to contribute and use their unique skills and passions to achieve our mission of providing hope and improving lives. The St. Cloud clinic is a new clinic extending the proven brand of the Family Achievement Center in the twin cities and we are excited to bring this model to the Central Minnesota area. Our clinic serves infants to teens in-person and via telehealth, as well as potentially fulfilling school relationships across the state. We are unique in our multidisciplinary approach to therapy with a lot of collaboration and mentorship opportunities available.
Physical therapists at Family Achievement Center of Central Minnesota will provide and direct physical therapy services to patients who have impairments such as: functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status, resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. This includes, but is not limited to, evaluation, direct treatment, consultation services, and education, in collaboration with a variety of professionals. Direct and assist patients in therapeutic interventions that focus on posture, locomotion, strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, coordination, joint mobility, pain, healing, and functional abilities. Therapists should be highly motivated with pediatric experience preferred. Graduate of accredited physical therapy program and have MN PT License.
